Owner and founder Dick Proffitt moved to Lincoln from Grand Island back in 1976. He never saw himself becoming a jeweler, but nearly 10 years and a Gemological Institute of America degree later he opened the doors to Lincoln Jewelry Co. He's a master jeweler that emphasizes doing his work in-house because he understands the sentimental nature of family jewelry. Dick has perfected his craft, and has created works of art nationwide and around the world for nearly 35 years.
